Sales Admin


Tenure: 1 Year Contract

Salary:
Up to RM 5000

Responsibilities:


  • Assist Tech/Cloud Directors in all administrative and operational duties:
  • scheduling of internal meetings (eg. forecast/deal reviews)
- appointments, QBR schedule, workshops/local events/partner programs logistics with customers, partners, and suppliers
- travel arrangements when required

  • Work closely with Sales Directors on following through with the sales team on their action items from the weekly forecasting meeting. Coordinate with all relevant departments on meetings and follow up actions to be taken. Ensuring reports, information from team members is compiled.
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding, which includes requesting equipment setup, system access, manage company assets, laptops, mobile, access card, and stationeries.
  • Maintain both physical and virtual files systematically for easy retrieval while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist in stamping (LHDN) process.
  • Liaise and work with xLobs EAs locally and the broader Oracle network (e.g., HR, Facilities)
  • Open to take on increased and/or new responsibilities at any time.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma qualifications related to any field.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of working experience as Sales Admin/ sales coordinator
  • Able to work independently.
  • Have a good planning skill.
  • Excellent in English communication both verbal and written due to business needs.

Salary:
Up to RM5,000.00 per month
