Accounts Executive - Subang Jaya, Malaysia - Staffing Services
Description
Responsibilities:
- Full set of accounts
- Updating Invoices in Microsoft excel and UBS
- Prepare payment to creditors, loans, Hire purchase (by Cheque and Online Banking)
- Updating Bank Statements
- Reconciliation bank accounts at the end of month
- Computation and submission of Withholding Tax monthly
- Record and maintaining Stock values ( Raw materials and Finished goods)
- Updating and computing Fixed Assets and depreciation
- Calculating Foreign exchange Gain/Loss
- Maintaining Hire Purchase Account
- Preparing Debit Note and Credit Note
- Journal entries, Filing
- Updating and reconcile Work in Progress report
- Assist Auditor for audit purpose
Requirements:
- LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in full set of accounts
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Handson knowledge in accounting software
- Permanent vacancy in Subang

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
