You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

**How you will contribute
1) You will support and work directly with Lead Auditors, Management, Procurement, BU Quality, Food Safety and 3rd party auditor to coordinate and manage the region's audit program for AMEA regions.

  • Develop Regional SharePoint Target Lists and populate with suppliers due for an audit in current year
  • Responsible for adding/deleting permissions for the Target List and Document Library
  • Direct contact with suppliers to resolve questions, facilitate participation, determine if line assessment is needed, schedule audit and review audit program and scope
  • Appointed person for 3rd party auditing companies for suppliers to field questions, contact supplier, receive, and manage reports
  • Organize meetings with Procurement, BU Quality and Food Safety to ensure understanding of details and expectations of the program, disapprovals, escalated issues
  • Resolve escalated issues by working directly with Procurement and buyers
  • Collaborate with Management to rollout program, and serve as sole point of contact between Mondelēz and procurement to resolve issues
  • Train and manage contractors on the program, process of calls, updating ION specification, Target list, Auditing Management system and guide through questions from suppliers and Procurement

2) New supplier audit requests:

  • Own and manage the audit request process for new suppliers, completion of forms, direct contact with suppliers to resolve questions, facilitate participation, schedule audit and review audit program
  • Determine types of audit by collecting information needed to determine ingredient classification.
  • Manage new audit request (tier 15), including assign audit to the team, review GFSI documents and T5 risk assessment.
3) Administration and processing of information for the following programs:

  • Track, send, monitor, follow-up and file all Supplier, 3rd Party audit reports.
  • Assign 3rd party audit reviews to auditors and upload completed reports.
  • Upload audit reports to document library.
4) Prepare weekly and monthly supplier reports

5) Responsible for maintaining regional data on Global Supplier Database

Education Background

:


  • Degree in Food Engineering/Food Chemistry/Engineering/Chemistry or Technology
