Description
Undertake a range of operational activities associated with supplier, employees & customer master data management tasks etc.
  • Regular engagement with country teams and shared services on inputs and outputs for the completion of common processes
  • Address and resolve queries and escalations from the countries in a timely basis with minimized financial/operational risk
  • Remain up to date and comply with relevant policies, controls, thresholds and guidelines with their team lead and Business Process Owners (process specialists) to embed process changes, improvements and address any gaps
  • Provide regular updates to their team lead on process completion and any escalations
  • Deliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements in terms of timeliness & quality and support performance management
  • Provide input into the continuous improvement agenda by providing documented ideas to improve quality and efficiency Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Master Data Management Activities
  • Fluency in English and other Asian languages like Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese.
  • Experience of using Oracle Cloud or similar ERP system
  • Experience of client and vendor management and dispute resolution
  • Ability to learn and use new financial tools and reporting systems
  • Ability to communicate to finance and non finance stakeholders
  • Overall 4 years experience in Accounting with minimum 2 years relevant experience in Master Data Management.
