Business Development/sales Manager - Sungai Buloh, Malaysia - Agensi Pekerjaan VR Excellent (M) Sdn Bhd
Description
Job Scope:
- Sales and marketing management of IE waste management services including development of strategies for defined market segments, AF savings targets and annual budgets, as well as monthly reporting of team performance.
- Contribute to the development of business and strategic plan and define annual budget for sales and marketing activities.
- Lead business development in segments assigned and recommend Capex required to support new business development and improved customer service.
- Key account management to support customer retention and revenue growth.
- Engagement with DOE and related government bodies. Support implementation of defined engagement roadmap.
- Work closely with technical team to ensure smooth on-boarding of new customers and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop a functional link between IE and cement and concrete plants as well as external customers. Maintain close working relations with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all aspects of the business are conducted in high ethical standard and full compliance with company policies and standards.
- Ensure outstanding accounts receivables are kept at a minimum each month and collect prompt payments from identified customer.
- Management of market data, analyse new trends and forecasting, and utilize the results to drive future growth in the identified market.
- Actively seek out opportunities for improvement, ways to do things better; and lead implementation of actions defined.
- Participate actively in department initiatives and events.
- Other duties as assigned during the course of employment.
Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
