Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead the sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing collateral and content.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a highperforming sales and marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and resultsdriven culture within the department.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure cost control and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in doing sales and marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (BM, ENG), including the ability to effectively present ideas and interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Solid understanding of multimedia production processes, including preproduction, production, and postproduction phases.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in implementing effective project management methodologies to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Ability to work cohesively as a part of a team
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel

Job Types:

Salary:
RM3, RM3,999.00 per month
