Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT support helpdesk team.

As a fluent Cantonese speaker, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our Cantonese-speaking users.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for Cantonesespeaking users.
Provide stepbystep instructions and guidance to users in Cantonese, ensuring they understand solutions and troubleshooting procedures.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams or senior technicians for resolution.
Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems as needed.
Stay uptodate with technology trends and developments to improve support services.

Requirements:

Fluent in Cantonese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Basic knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and VPN configurations.
Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
