Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT support helpdesk team.

As a fluent Cantonese speaker, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our Cantonese-speaking users.


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity for Cantonesespeaking users.
  • Provide stepbystep instructions and guidance to users in Cantonese, ensuring they understand solutions and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams or senior technicians for resolution.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems as needed.
  • Stay uptodate with technology trends and developments to improve support services.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, and VPN configurations.
  • Customerfocused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,200.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Night shift
