Description
Strong knowledge of Implementing Jira software project & system

configurations.

○ Customized Jira project creation, Customized workflow creation.

○ Setup of Screens, Field Configuration, Custom Fields.

○ Good Knowledge of Basic and Advanced JQL

○ Good Knowledge setting up scrum and kanban boards, reporting with

team / personal dashboards.

○ Good understanding of Project level and Global permissions.

  • Confluence space & system configurations and setup
○ Knowledge of team/ personal space creation, permissions, space security.

○ Understanding of Global permission setup

○ Understanding of the inbuilt macros of Confluence.

  • Complete project configuration from start to finish.
  • Good knowledge of user access management (users, group & roles)
  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian plugin ecosystem
  • New plugin installation and
setup.

  • Participated in or assisted on ServertoDC migration.
  • Basic understanding of Automation for Jira.
  • Administration of Atlassian with Linux Platform
○ Good understanding of basic linux commands.

○ Good understanding of JIRA/Confluence's backend structure for Server

and DC.

○ Can perform the JIRA/Confluence Upgrade as per the SOP.

  • Basic idea of Scripting (Groovy / ScriptRunner)

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Implement (Setup New Enhancements):

  • Administering and Maintaining the Atlassian DC Sites including Jira Software,
Confluence.

  • Collaborate with remote clients and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge in administering the solutions and setup of the listed Atlassian
DC products.

  • Creation of the new customized Project creation / Enhancement requests.
  • Creation of customized workflow creation
  • Creation of new custom fields and setting up the customized screens and field
config schemes.

  • Creation of new Confluence spaces and setting up end to end permission setup.
  • Follow the SOP for Atlassian daytoday work and deliver quality work and
provide guidance where SOP changes are required.

  • Creation and new customization of the new/existing Scrum/Kanban boards,
Team/Personal Dashboards.

  • Acknowledging the new setup or enhancement request as per SLA

User Management:

  • Setting up the new user management requests, troubleshoot Access requests
issues. Maintaining the user cleanup (License management).

  • Setup and Manage the user management process for Atlassian products.

Troubleshooting Issues & Fixes:

  • Must be able to troubleshoot issues in Atlassian DC products and can
troubleshoot the backend related issues.

  • Administrating the performance of JIRA/Confluence DC setup.
  • Troubleshooting the issues identified with monitoring.
  • Performing backend changes as per the SOP.
  • Debugging of Scripts

Maintain Integrations:

  • Acknowledging the incidents in a timely manner.
