(A BD Manager is responsible for the marketing and sales of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area).

• Provides ongoing support to promote and distribute Good Bricks System.
• Ensure and achieve profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of daily work.
• Design a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and implement the plan to ensure its strong presence.
• Build strong, longlasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast.
• Identify emerging market opportunity while being fully aware of the market situation and competition status.
• Follow up with entrepreneurs and brick kiln owners in the region and setting up meetings and pilot tests to introduce the technology.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and ensure sales conversion.
• Have skillsets to do online/ offline marketing with and not limited to social media marketing knowledge (FB, Youtube, Linked In, etc.)

Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
People Management: 3 years (preferred)
