(A BD Manager is responsible for the marketing and sales of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area).- Provides ongoing support to promote and distribute Good Bricks System.
- Ensure and achieve profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of daily work.
- Design a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and implement the plan to ensure its strong presence.
- Build strong, longlasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast.
- Identify emerging market opportunity while being fully aware of the market situation and competition status.
- Follow up with entrepreneurs and brick kiln owners in the region and setting up meetings and pilot tests to introduce the technology.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arrange meetings and ensure sales conversion.
- Have skillsets to do online/ offline marketing with and not limited to social media marketing knowledge (FB, Youtube, Linked In, etc.)
Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
People Management: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
