  • Ensure accuracy and maintain the technical integrity of the content.

Assist Client Communication:

  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand complex concepts and procedures.
  • Assist in translating technical explanations during client interactions.

Document Review:

  • Review translated documents to ensure quality and clarity in the Indonesian language.
  • Provide feedback to improve the accuracy of technical translations.

Multilingual Support:

  • Collaborate with the team to provide multilingual support for client inquiries.
  • Assist in clarifying technical details for clients who speak Indonesian.

Communication Bridge:

  • Act as a bridge between the technical team and clients, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Clarify technical details in a clear and concise manner.

6.


Collaboration with Technical Team:

  • Work closely with the technical team to understand project requirements.
  • Clarify technical specifications and requirements with team members.

Meeting Participation:

  • Attend meetings with the technical team and clients, providing realtime translation support.
  • Take notes during meetings and translate relevant information.

Qualifications:


  • Proficient in both English and Indonesian languages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Understanding of technical terminology and the ability to translate complex technical content.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate translations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field.
