Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in software development or testing projects
  • Assisting with database management and data analysis
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of digital technologies and tools, such as cloud computing, data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Help in designing and optimizing digital workflows and user experiences to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of digital transformation projects against predefined KPIs and objectives.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in digital transformation and share insights with the team.
  • Support adhoc tasks and projects related to digital transformation as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum SPM Qualified with 5 passess, preferably currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Salary:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
