As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire lifecycle of software development projects. Your role will involve planning, organizing and tracking work schedule to ensure timely delivery of target milestones. You will work closely with developers, designers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.Responsibilities:
- Communicate and liaise with clients to consolidate and validate the requirements of the project.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather feedback.
- Address stakeholder concerns and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Manage changes in project scope proactively
- Maintain project administration and documentation.
- Identify potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks.
- Conduct testing and ensure software meets requirements
; Requirements:
- Experience in project management with Agile/Scrum framework in the technology industry
- Ability to interact with technical and nontechnical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in verbal and written English, ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Jira etc) is a plus
