Responsibilities:


  • To build and maintain business relationship with management of the mall
  • Managed all related tenancy agreement document
  • Planning, managing and executing sales activities to meet sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure sales growth and increase market share
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals
  • Provide timely reporting to Management on market insights, situation and suggestion for improvements
  • Perform any others adhoc tasks as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:


  • Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in business development, sales management or other related fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Resultsoriented and aggressive in capturing markets and increasing market share
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
  • Must be willing to base in Kulai, Johor

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
