About The Job

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing campaigns for a single Shopify store under the supervision of the Senior Brand Executive.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (project manager) and escalation for integration activities between all departments (marketing, creatives and operations stakeholders), and initiate, collect and execute quarterly brand initiatives and strategies.
  • Supporting the Senior Brand Executive and Brand Managers in driving growth and product performance including: Influencer marketing/sourcing, PR releases, eCommerce store optimizations.
  • Ensuring website functionality and integrity, UI/UX front end changes.
  • Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape etc).
  • Coordinate with our Customer Happiness Manager and overseas customer service team to ensure we are providing a world class customer experience for your product portfolio.
  • Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress in the acquisition and migration processes.
  • Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability across the relevant internal teams involved in all the campaigns/projects of each individual brand under RPG's portfolio.
  • Daytoday tasks include setting up the data room, coordinating kick off meetings, managing logistics, and coordinating follow up activities.
  • Anticipate changes and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints.
  • Proactively manage changes in project/campaign scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Other adhoc matters.
