Description

This position is to be filled internally for our company Terra Asia Global Business Support Services and the office location is central in Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist to handle all accounting, clerical and administrative functions of the Admin and Finance department
  • Keeping a thorough record of business transactions and entering data from daily work logs into company general ledger, account receivables, invoicing and related payment functions
  • Handle accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents, and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions for the group of companies
  • Cash reconciliation in ensuring bookkeeping is kept up todate; ensuring all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labelled, and kept for audit purposes
  • Perform general administrative activities to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
  • Conduct admin data entry accurately and in a timely manner to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Responsible for office admin operations and liaison with all the vendors
  • Follow-up with debtors outstanding payment etc
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, ensuring completion within deadlines.
  • Maintain both computerized and manual filing systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document storage.

Qualifications and Skills:


- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field is required

  • Knowledge and experience in using SQL Accounting systems is a must
  • Detailedoriented, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Possess a strong sense of sensibility, commitment and discipline
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision and has good teamwork skills
  • Has good command of English and written skills to liaise with our foreign clientele

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
