Key Responsibilities- Send enquiry to supplier/vendor
- Compile and price comparison
- Communication with supplier/vendor
- Issue Purchase Order once get approval on the pricing
- Invoice/Shipment tracking updated
- Liaise with finance for invoicing
- Assist superior/colleagues with their daily tasks whenever they ask for assistance
- Good communication skill in English and Malay
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under tight schedule
