Relays extensive product information to customers.

Handles customer inquiries professionally (customer complaints, feedback).
Provides customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
Develops online advertising material together with the team (brainstorming).
Executes online social media (Facebook/Instagram) posting that has been scheduled by HOD.
Updates information from time to time on the company website and the company's social media.
Actively involves in company eCommerce platform and participates in company marketing events.
Executes promotional campaigns in Shopee / Lazada / Social Media platforms that have been scheduled by HOD.
Communicate with the Sales team and Production teams to get the latest update on product and pricing information.
Close sales for the company and assists in order processing and order fulfillment.
Arrange shipment and update the estimated shipped time to the customer.
Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, billings, and aftersales service.
Stock count, keyin data, conducting surveys, and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

Have advanced knowledge of Facebook settings, especially in digital marketing
Have experience and knowledge on use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to communicate, read and write in
Mandarin, English, Malay:
At least possess SPM or above qualification:
