Position Title:
Entry-Level Accounting Clerk/Data Entry Specialist

The Raw International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as an Entry-Level Accounting Clerk/Data Entry Specialist. Responsibilities include accurately entering financial data into our accounting system, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with general accounting tasks.

This is a Contract position for 3 Month with opportunities extend depends on the performances and availabilities for the position.

Key Responsibilities:

Entering Data:
Accurately type financial information into the computer system.

Double-Checking:
Make sure the numbers and details entered are correct by comparing them with the original documents.

Sorting Things Out:
Help organize paperwork like invoices and receipts.

Assisting Reports:
Aid in putting together financial reports by gathering and organizing information.

Talking and Helping:
Communicate with team members to get information and fix any mistakes.

Following Rules:
Stick to company rules and guidelines for handling financial information.

Helping Hands:
Pitch in with general office tasks like filing and answering phones.

Learning New Things:
Stay curious and open to learning about how to do the job better.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Malaysian citizenship required.

SPM or Diploma in any relevant courses

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Ability to work independently and travel for outstation/overseas work if required.

Willingness to work in Section 15, Shah Alam.
