Roles And Responsibilities:

Be the primary Customer and Operations interface to ensure prompt customer issues resolution.
Manage products throughout the Product Life Cycle by directing activities across functional team including SCM, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations and Finance
Responsible for P&L of Account assigned by HOC, conduct analysis on business efficiency and maintain profitability of Account.
Deploy Entrepreneurship skill to enhance Account development.
Implement Continuous Business Improvements and ensuring business KPI such as Cost, OTD and Flexibility are met.
Continuous effort to increase Customer Satisfaction through customer management initiatives and conduct customer survey and feedback, corrective action and overall service improvement programme
Be a focal person on all Contractual negotiations, ECN, RFQ between internal (Operational) and external (Customer).
Monitors and stays abreast of technological, legal and operational changes that affect the activities and work processes of the program; makes recommendations, develops and carries out improvements to meet changing mission, parameters and requirements.

Excellent Presentation skills and good computer literacy.

Salary:
From RM5,000.00 per month
