Insurance Market Intelligence, Junior Specialist (Financial Services Company)

A Financial Services Company is currently hiring Insurance Market Intelligence, Junior Specialist to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

Must hold a Bachelor Degree in any related field with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in shared services or customer services
Work closely with insurance partners to gain insights of the latest insurance product offerings/promotion campaigns
Work closely with the internal team including Key Account Managers to provide the latest updates from the insurance partners
Good presentation skills with the ability to prepare PowerPoint and excel templates/sheets for the stakeholders
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be able to communicate in English and Chinese
