Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible to assist the Group Finance Manager (GFM) in the overall Group Finance & Credit activities (Collection, cash flow management, payment request / AP, banking (LC/BA) and billing) and any other companies assigned to you.
- Keep accurate reports for all daily transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Verify staff claims and suppliers' invoices.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping.
- To be responsible in recording, checking and updating of statement and debtors listing.
- To be responsible in chasing payment for all debtors listing.
- To be responsible in issuing and posting of Credit Note and Debit Note.
- Possessed Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum experienced in related industry is 3 years.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
