Warehouse Customer Service Officer

Senai, Johor

What does a Warehouse Customer Service Officer job description include?

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operation by initiating coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personal policies and procedures.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirement by study existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions including 'bonded warehouse'.
  • Handles Customer's complaint and ensure recovery action is taken promptly and appropriately
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transporter on operation coordination.
  • Continuous review of procedures, processes, and systems in achieving optimum quality and efficiency.
  • Good rapport with customers to create more business opportunities for the Company.
  • Provide weekly & monthly reports to customers.
  • Assist with or perform administrative tasks.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
