- Ensure adherence to Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) regulations by implementing organizational policies, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders to keep them informed of regulatory changes and updates.
- Coordinate regular training sessions for employees to ensure key regulatory changes are efficiently communicated.
- Oversee the submission of regulatory reports to LFSA in a timely manner.
- Manage external services arrangements with outsourced providers.
- Develop business relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Division.
- Hold a minimum diploma/degree with relevant working experience.
- Have knowledge of Labuan's legislations and regulations.
- Be proficient in PC and Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibit self-motivation, integrity, and initiative.
- Display a strong working attitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be responsible, committed, and a team player.
