Description
Sales Order Monitoring and Sales Order amendment (when necessary), Sample request, customer services and quotation,

  • Handling customer complaints(SalesForce)
  • Raise Shipping Instruction, Shipment release and monitoring
  • Process customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor customer order backlog and proactively initiate expedites with the objective to meet customer request date. Proactively updates our customers of any relevant changes in delivery schedules.

Salary:
Up to RM3,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
