Description
Assist fulfilment team members in executing daily operational tasks related to order entries, processing, dispatching, delivery arrangements and documentation;

  • Manage order deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders in accordance with the company standards;
  • Assist in managing inventory which include inbound / outbound operations, return management and packing supplies;
  • Work with the customer service team to address any operational issues or customer concerns in a timely and effective manner;
  • Utilise data and analytics tools to gather insights on operational performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Support crossfunctional projects and initiatives related to fulfillment operations;
  • Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

; Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required.

  • Basic understanding of operational processes and logistics.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data.
