Description
Job scope:
- Conduct outbound calls / drop off calls to potential DAX from provided leads or databases.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. (to be adjust accordingly)
- Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and prospect interactions using Gsheets.
- Provide feedback and input on product/service improvement based on customer interactions. (to handling and share complaints / enquiries with teams)
- Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner
Job requirements:
- Preferably applicants with sales/telesales/call centre/customer service experience
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
- Ability to deliver highquality customer service to external and internal customers
- Able to work in a team
- Have passion in sales and perseverance when face challenges
- Enthusiastic towards achieving target.
- Excellent telephone skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
- Must be a targetoriented, selfstarter, and aggressive enough to achieve the defined targets.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Telesales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
