JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

  • The job is to Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm with 1 hour break for lunch.
  • The work is primarily to manage the Head-Quarters Reception Desk of the Leopad Group, a reputed leader of the industry, which offers huge scope for professional learning and career growth.
  • The location is less than 10 minutes' walk from KL Sentral, in Brickfields, KL, and easily accessible by all transit modes including public transport.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering incoming calls and direct calls correctly, professionally and courteously.
  • Welcome customers and visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Update employee telephone list on periodical basis.
  • Update training records and other HR reports.
  • Maintain training related documents.
  • Assist in coordinating for training programs.
  • Print and update employee monthly attendance record.
  • Support other Admin activities.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of general office administration.
  • 1 or more years of any experience in admin or receptionist role is an advantage.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Pleasant phone voice with proper grammar spoken.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
