JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and arranging standby empty container for stuffing
Ensure empty container delivery intime

To liaise with haulier on status of delivery and collection of containersMakes booking to shipping line on monthly basisReport to shipping liner for empty container defects before stuffingEnsure laden container turn in to terminal before closing-timePrepare shipping invoice and packing list (CIPL) before closing-time

Update and sending daily container planning report to all departments
Inform Forwarding Agent to submit SSR to port for those late gate in

Prepare sailing schedules and send to customersREQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years experience in haulage operation or logistics industry
Computer literate
English and Bahasa Malaysia literate in both written and spoken.

From RM2,500.00 per month
