Description
To carry out general admin work such as filing data and archiving.

  • To prepare and maintain proper filing of reports, invoices and documents.
  • To manage day to day office administrative matters.
  • To liase with internal and external parties to follow up on any other matters.
  • To handle all office maintenance issue including office cleanliness.
  • To prepare letters and documentations related to administrative.
  • To refurnished any office stationaries and tools.
  • To update staff annual leave, medical leave, medical claim etc.
  • To prepare and process staff payroll on a monthly basis.
  • To prepare employment documentation such as offer letter, confirmation letter, termination letter, increment letter etc.
  • Assist on Accounting Entry
  • Any achoc duties require by superior including functional responsibilities and special tasks

Requirements:


  • Preferable with at least 1 years of admin experience.
  • Diploma in any related field
  • Able to perform multitask and possess problem solving skills
Can be work independently, positive attitude, enthusiasm in work and good communication skills.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
