    **Job Summary:**

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Income Document Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Verify income documents and compute accurate monthly income based on customer-provided information.
    • Retrieve income documents from the Admin Portal and input details into the Net Income Calculator (NIC) to generate monthly income.
    • Ensure accurate computation and input of gross and net income values in the Admin Portal for reference purposes.
    • Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for verification and computation tasks.
    • Return incomplete income documents to customers via the Admin Portal.
    • Attach computed NIC copies to the Admin Portal for auditing and sampling purposes.
    • Validate completeness of income documents and values through monthly sampling to ensure quality meets required standards.
    • Report any non-compliance or financial irregularities during verification and computation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Fresh graduates welcome; 2+ years of experience in microfinance, lending, or a related financial role preferred.
    • Familiarity with microloan processes, credit assessments, and loan disbursement procedures.
    • Attention to detail for accurate loan application processing and documentation.
