Position Title :
Team Leader Malaysia

Department :
Sales

Key Responsibilities include (not limited to):

  • Manage the team by monitoring the work task and activities
  • Conduct weekly meeting with RM
  • Work closely together with team in order to meet the targeted sales
  • Provide weekly report to RM
  • Come out with a plan, solution and suggestion to ensure sales performance of the company is always at the highest performance.
  • Develop and implement working culture among the team
  • Looking for opportunity for business development and collaboration with external parties to enhance the revenue of the company
  • Making sure that the sales operation been done properly and avoid from fraud.
  • Conduct high level deal and negotiation with high level parties to enhance the company revenue.

Experience & Skills:


  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Able to speak, understand and write in English
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Strong knowledge about FX, CFD's, and other financial instrument.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in introducing broker business.
  • Strong knowledge in business development
  • Strong knowledge about FX broker
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office)

Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 3 years (required)
- knowledge about FX, CFD's, and other financial instrument: 1 year (preferred)

  • FX broker: 1 year (preferred)
  • MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
