Job Scope:

Responsible for all creative self initiative and flexible design work.
Provide product design and development services to customers, based on the guidelines and information given by supervisor and customers.
Research and identify suitable product and market trends for customers.
Assist merchandising term to sourcing and product research on trends, colour, and trims for sample development.

Job Requirements:

Form 5 or above in Design or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
Possess working experience in USA & Europe markets for Sundries, gifts and Home Décor items.
Possess related experience in seasonal products design is a must.
Good product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, selfmotivated, responsive and detail minded.
Able to work independently.
Able to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Possess strong problem solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment.
Literate in Microsoft office programs and design related software
Well versed with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CAD and 3D MAX
