Responsibilities:


  • To drive the tradein business by encouraging customers to tradein their mobile devices in return for cash.
  • Assist customer who tradedin their mobile devices in transferring their data from their current mobile devices to their new device, when necessary.
  • To accurately catalogue the tradein devices into the system and storing them in a secure location.
  • Attend to customers' inquiries and provide excellent customer service in meeting customer expectation.
  • Resolving customers' issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attend and manage the tradein sales, cash register and processing payment.
  • Perform general operations and administration functions.
  • To ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy, and the product displays are always presentable.
  • To assist in improving store facilities and environment to attract more customers.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in retail.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner, able to multitask, time management, selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written English.
  • Good working attitude and willing to learn.
  • Able to work on
    shifts, weekend and public holidays

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • KL Sentral: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • STM/STPM (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
