The Social Media Administrator is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's presence on various social media platforms. Social Media Admin responsibilities include resolving audiences' queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as Social Media Admin or similar role for 15years
Minimum age of 22 years old maximum 35 years old
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

Providing regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status and forecasts to management to contributing to strategic decision making
In

- charge of posting and scheduling host's schedule for live (TikTok & Shopee)

Write copywriting for captions and content creations
Maintain and establish a good relationship with live host, key opinion leader and affiliates
Prepare and present monthly report to the General Manager & Director.
Perform other work that is relevant and considered reasonable within the scope of position offered.
