About the Role:


Responsibilities:


Application Support & Monitoring:
- b. Aggressively respond to service requests
- c. Manage and coordinate the SIT and UAT with technical, testing team and PayNet in according to the testing strategy.
- d. Follow-up on findings, keeping track of the issues and rectification, audit and compliances and ensure actions are taken & implemented as required.
- e. Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues, working to provide solutions quickly.
- f. Maintain technical documentation.


Incident & Problem Management:
- a. Liaise with respective team and vendor to ensure incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- b. Participate and ensure RCA (root cause analysis) activities on customer impacting incidents are executed and action items are assigned/ completed.
- c. Provide expertise and support during critical incidents, interfacing with all impacted groups to better manage the message.


Qualifications:


  • Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any other relevant qualification.
  • Knowledge with Linux commands and shell scripting and have working experience with database such as MS-SQL or Oracle or Postgres DB will be an advantage.
  • Highly selfmotivated, dedicated, proactive and versatile. 24X7 commitment is needed.
  • Good interpersonal skills, coordination skills and good problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Selfmotivated, ability to adapt to change in fastpaced environment, handle multiple tasks and embrace new technology.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
RM2, RM5,999.00 per month
