Job Title:

Executive, Facilities Financial Accounts


Job Location

  • Onsite Office, Raub, Pahang

Job Summary:


  • Responsible for the preparation of Financial Accounting & Taxation of Facilites Management
  • Responsible for monthly subsidiaries books and reconciliation, maintaining of General Ledger and processing of incoming & outgoing payments in the ERP system.
  • Yearly tax estimation, computation & submission

Responsibilities:


  • Prepares and manage full set of accounts.
  • Performing Bank Reconciliations
  • Preparation of payables function including process suppliers' invoices, petty cash, prepare payment request, aging and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for complete receivables function including prepare customer invoices, payment receipt and credit control
  • Recording and updating of Fixed asset register
  • Maintaining General Ledger.
  • Checking of accuracy & completeness on data integration between Facilities Management system (TOMMS) and Accounting Software (QAD) to ensure no discrepancies on recording of inventory.
  • Checking on budget verification & utilisation
  • Liaising with Concession Companies & Maintenance Companies at sites
  • Liaising with external auditor for yearend audit of financial statements.
  • Preparation of Draft Company Annual Tax Return submission and estimation.
  • Liaising with tax agent for tax queries external auditor for yearend audit of financial statements
  • Assisting in any other accounting activity as and when it is required.
  • To participate in the various committees and task forces assigned from time to time.
  • Documentations and filing.
  • To undertake all other assignment as instructed by Senior Manager (Finance & Accounting) or Executive Director Finance.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • Certification in accounting professional qualification is and added advantage
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting related.
  • Have knowledge in ERP system, Microsoft Excel & Words.
  • Strong knowledge in accounting & taxation (medium) and keep current with developments and trends.

Salary:
From RM2,700.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Raub: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
