Job Title:


  • Assistant Manager Business Support

Reports To:


  • Senior Manager, IT Portfolio Management

Role Purpose:


  • Coordinate IT Financial processes, compliance and performance to manage cost efficiency, procurement and legal compliance.

Key Accountability:


  • Manage IT budget, monitoring of IT spend and cost savings for assigned scope.
  • Responsible for IT Procurement, Contracting, Goods Received, Invoicing & Charge Back to manage efficiency and effectiveness on assigned scope.
  • Coordinate IT Procurement improvements and cost allocations/charge back.
  • Perform analysis and reporting on IT budget (including annual budgeting & monthly payment forecasting) and requisition related matters on assigned scope.
  • Responsible for providing advice and guidance on requisition and IT Financial related matters under assigned scope.

Qualifications & Working Experience:


  • Degree in Business, Management, Finance, IT/Computing or related fields of study.
  • 10 years of work experience in financial or procurement related.

Skills & Knowledge:


  • Good knowledge of IT procurement is required.
  • Good knowledge of the IT service industry is required.
  • Able to lead and perform IT Budgeting exercise with good knowledge of IT contracts.
  • Excellent Communication, Management & Interpersonal skills.
