Role and Responsibilities:

Design Excellence:

• Transform design intent into meticulous Construction Drawings, refining concepts into constructible parts and details.
• Leverage advanced Revit skills to create comprehensive architectural models, drawings, and documentation that ensure accuracy in construction processes.

Collaborative Excellence:

• Partner with esteemed USbased architectural firms to contribute to diverse projects that push creative boundaries.
• Manage the endtoend architectural process, bridging the gap from conceptualization to design execution.

Communication and Coordination:

• Provide detailed documentation, redlining, and seamless coordination with design teams and clients.
• Engage in effective communication with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Compliance and Expertise:

• Stay updated on industry codes, regulations, and best practices, ensuring designs adhere to legal standards.
• Conduct indepth research to validate project information and mitigate potential risks.

• Demonstrate creativity and problemsolving skills to deliver innovative design solutions that align with technical and budgetary constraints.

Requirements:


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years' extensive experience in architectural design, excluding apprenticeship experience.
• Proficiency in Revit software with a strong portfolio showcasing complex architectural models and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, creating ingenious design solutions within technical and budgetary limitations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, effectively engaging with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards for commercial construction.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Professional architect licensure.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently within US business hours.
• A reliable home office setup meeting necessary specifications.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but Not Required):

• Experience with ArchiCAD, BIM360, SketchUp, VRay, BlueBeam, Grasshopper, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Lumion 3D Rendering.
