Description

Inspection & Analyzation

  • Inspect incoming products (solvent) to ensure all quality requirement is as specified in the purchased order or supplier sales specification and COA.
  • Inspect the blending worksheet issued by WI, and ensure the correct blending formula is released for WIOP.
  • Inspect finished products (thinner blending samples) to ensure they fall within specification and customer quality requirement is achieved.
  • Report any nonconformity for incoming, inprocess, and finished products.
  • Inspect returned products (solvent and/or thinner) from customers, and provide findings to WIOP.
  • Analyse incoming samples from suppliers, compare with existing sales specifications, and provide findings for Procurement Team.
  • Analyse incoming samples from customers, compare with the existing formula, and provide thinner or formula suggestions for the Sales team.
  • Examine outgoing samples before distributing to customers, to assure sample quality. Monitor sample distribution for customers. Update the master list, and analyze the approval rate.
  • Arrange yearly outsource lab tests (ICP-Test) and other analyses upon request. Prepare solutions, compounds, and reagents used in aboratory procedures.

Document Record & Control

  • Update CIMS and Chemical Inventory.
  • Manage supplier quality document and record such as SDS, TDS, COA, Analysis Report, and Declaration Letter.
  • Manage and update company quality documents and record such as SDS, TDS, COA, Analysis Report, Declaration Letter, and Inspection Check Sheet. Ensure traceability is achievable.

QAQC Facility & Safety

  • Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained. Inspect QAQC facility & tools; Issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of QAQC equipment. Ensuring the safety of staff.
  • Plan and arrange preventive maintenance or calibration for all laboratory equipment, and ensure all laboratory equipment are calibrated in accordance with the schedule.

Qualifications and Experience required

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply years of working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Selfmotivated, willing to learn and execute tasks given

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
