Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Be the main point of contact for internal and external, regional office coordination
  • Lead the onboarding process of internal/external clients in support of business development of the company. Onboarding/integration process might required data cleaning and data mapping.
  • Lead the overall administration of local office
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Provide regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

Requirements:


  • Degree in any field
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (will be an added advantage)
  • Previous work experience as assistant manager/manager, handson experience with digital technologies, platforms, and tools. Able to comprehend both functional and technical requirements.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent Ms Excel skills is a must
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
  • Available immediately
  • Minimum 35 years of experience

Salary:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
