Company Overview


The company started as a roadside Chendul stall in Penang in the year 1936 and has now grown to own more than 20 retail outlets all over Malaysia.


Responsibilities:


  • To present Franchise Package to Potential Franchisee
  • To identify and evaluate Potential Franchisee, assessing their suitability based on Financial Capabilities, Market Knowledge and Operational Expertise
  • To maintain relationship with new and existing Franchisee in all aspect including support, guidance, daily operations to ensure their success and maximize their business profit
  • Handle corporate presentation, prepare documents/contracts and proposal
  • Liaise with Landlord/Management and Rental Negotiation according to company budget
  • Liaise with varies Government Department and Association according to Company Direction
  • Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract potential franchisees and generate leads, leveraging various channels such as trade shows, digital marketing, and networking events
  • To establish Strategic Partnerships to improve brand exposure
  • To identify and analyze market trends to develop targeted expansion plans and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • To conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential locations for new outlets, taking into account demographic factors, Direct/Indirect competitors, and local market dynamics
  • Collaborate with crossdepartment teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to develop comprehensive business proposals
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities
  • To conduct monthly meeting with Franchisee, giving advise on the PNL and brief them on future plan
  • Adhoc tasks from superior

Requirements:


  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or franchise management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Indepth knowledge of the franchise business model, including franchise operations, legal considerations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends, conduct market research, and identify growth opportunities
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with franchisee, landlord/management teams and internal teams
  • Experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies, resulting in increased revenue
  • Entrepreneurship mindset with a passion of the food and beverage industry, coupled with a strong understanding of consumer preferences and industry dynamics
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel local or overseas as required to meet with franchisees, attend exhibition events, and explore new market opportunities
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
  • Willing to work in Seksyen U8, Shah Alam, Selangor


  • Working Hours: Monday

  • Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm

Salary:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
