Roles & Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
Providing technical support across the company
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Install, maintain, and repair CCTV, Alarm System, Door Access, IP Networking, Barrier Gate & related equipment in indoor and outdoor environments.
To carry out cabling and installation works with efficiency, accuracy and safety at all times.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with technical equipment promptly and efficiently.
Operate a variety of hand tools and mechanical equipment.
Provide excellent customer service, including communicating effectively with clients about the status of their service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Document technical procedures and maintenance logs accurately.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service quality.
Ensure there is no rework job for the task handled by the team.
Support and undertake adhoc projects as requested by the company.

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience in repairing computer hardware and installation of operating systems, drivers and software
Knowledge of security system installation (alarm, door access & CCTV) including CAT6 and Coax wiring & cabling is advantageous
Willing to learn, hardworking, responsible, and able to complete a task within the timeline given.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to operate Windows based laptop and perform basic troubleshooting such as PING test as well as web based equipment setup
Strong team player with a positive working attitude and Able to work in groups.
Proficient in written communication both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Applicants should be Malaysia Citizens ONLY

- onsite installation work (indoor installation 80% ; outdoor installation 20%)

Must have valid class D license and ability to operate motor vehicle (class B2 with own vehicle is an advantage)

RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
