Our products are sold across 15 countries, both direct-to-consumer online and in more than 10,000 retail stores - making more than 7 million periods better so far.

Who we're looking for


As a key contributor in our quest to make periods a lot better in more retailers, you will work alongside top management to jumpstart the Blood business in untapped retailers by identifying new opportunities, developing, defining, negotiating and nurturing strong business relationships with key distributors as we scale-up as the leading period care challenger brand regionally.


You will get to work with both a breadth and depth of sales management and business development scope - ranging from prospecting new retailers and distributors, distributor training and management, and development of the distributor channel as a key Route-to-Market strategy for the brand.


Core Responsibilities:


New Retailer Opening (60%):


  • Open new sales channels for the brand
  • Hunt, pitch and list our products into retailers across Malaysia, followed by ensuring a strong instore launch.
  • Generate both inbound & outbound retailer interest in Malaysia, and front external pitches and negotiations, whilst evaluating potential retailer's fit with Blood's products and sales potential.

Distributor Development & Support (30%):


  • Onboard & nurture strong relationships with our confirmed distributors to make our products available where consumers are, prioritizing channels by SKUchannel fit, whether Modern Trade, General Trade or E-Commerce.
  • Collaborate with distributors to execute our launch playbook, incorporating localized optimizations while staying on brand.
  • Drive and monitor distributor's organization structure of dedicated Blood resources within their organizations, based on plans agreed with Blood.
  • Coach and train distributor team on Blood products, brand guidelines, our unique culture and technology.

Sales Operations Management (10%)

  • Track & analyze distributor monthly performance through sales KPIs (Retail Sales, Sell in/Sell out, Retail Store coverage and listings), with recovery plans if necessary
  • Ensure accurate rolling forecasts and timely orders are placed by each Distributor, while collaborating with the Ops & Supply Chain team to ensure smooth fulfillment
  • Ensure claims authentication and timely submission.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years Business development, Sales Management, Distributor management or other relevant experience preferred
  • High level of negotiation, influencing and partner management skills
  • Resourceful and driven, with a strong sense of integrity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact and align with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Comfortable using English to communicate with team members across APAC
