Administration Executive - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Mayflower Group
Description
Administrative Executive Role:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirement
- Must 3 5 years above working experience in Admin role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Ability to communicate and write in English.
- Have initiative and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Working Location : KL
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
