Production Technician - Klang, Malaysia - Kossan Latex Industries (M) Sdn Bhd
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist and support technician in breakdown & maintenancerelated matters.
- Liaise and cooperate with preventive maintenance team (engineers) to establish good preventive maintenance practice on factory equipment.
- Proper usage of measuring tools to monitor and inspect equipment condition and performance.
- Service / repair of electrical services for burner system, blowers, pumps, motors and etc.
- Work closely with intradepartment team members to ensure departmental KPI is achieved.
- Maintain & troubleshoot plant control & automation system.
- Hand over equipment to production team and ensure tiptop operating condition.
- Responsible for aspect in relation to safety of personal, personnel & equipment, and 5S.
- Perform major, minor and conditionbased maintenance on all related factory equipment.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior / management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum education is Professional Certificate / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Welding) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of appropriate tools & instrument usage.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates have opportunity to undergo 4 months TVET Programme, certificate of training to be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in
Meru, Klang.
