_Responsibilities:
_
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities including Recruiting & Hiring, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, HR Administrations and etc.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files and statutory filing.
- Prepare correspondence such as offer letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, warning letter and KPI letter.
- Keep up to date with latest statutory requirements to ensure compliance with the current law and requirement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Requirements:_
- Possess at least 1 year working experience in related field. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa.
