About our client Our client is a Manufacturing company that specializes in GI Purlins (C & Z Profile), metal roofing sheets and multi roof truss & batten for building industries that covers across the whole Malaysia Job Responsibilities

Able to prepare full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and understood applicable accounting principle in accordance with Malaysia Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS).
To prepare accounting reports, payment voucher, monthly P&L, month end year end closing, monthly balance sheet with general ledger.
Maintain up to date AP and AR records and perform bank reconciliation.
To prepare analysis / schedule for audit and tax requirement.
To review management accounts, draft audited accounts and tax computation.
To liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agent, bankers, lawyers and government/state officer.
To assist in cash flow planning, tax planning, budget and variance comparison.
Monthly stock taking & inventory checking.
Handling on accounting matter.
Relevant data entry to support finance document.
To perform any additional duties that commensurate with the position, experience and qualification which is assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Job Requirements

Min Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Min 1 year experience.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient and familiar with any accounting software.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets.
Resourceful, with a positive and problem solving attitude.
Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail.
Responsible and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Able to work well under pressure.
