HR & Admin Executive

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Overall in charge of administration matters.
Providing administrative support to the team
Assist in production forecast and timely purchase of packing and raw materials.
Undertake all sourcing/purchasing activities for nonsupplies items and administrative tasks.
Work closely with supplier for enquiries, price negotiation, contracts and credit terms.
Compile and update employee records
Assist in payroll preparations.
Perform adhoc tasks or any other tasks assigned/required by the Management from time to time.
