Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for requirements Engineering, Design, Solutioning.
Support the delivery team by developing, promoting, and maintaining effective working relationships with client stakeholders and delivery team.
Deliver high quality, detailed business requirement and functional design documentation.
Facilitate workshops with business and technology partners to develop suitable solutions.
Assist the project manager in identifying and managing business risks and issues.
Be responsible for Presales activities, as well as product development.
Build trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently delivering value add consultancy services and delivery that exceeds expectations and positions the company for sustained success.

Requirements:

Degree holder in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
Proven record of accomplishment as an outstanding analyst, consultant and project manager with solid financial services industry knowledge
Application Knowledge in Insurance, Corporate or Investment Banking. Experienced in Insurance/Digital Banking will be added advantage.
Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects.
Have an excellent knowledge project lifecycle and methodologies.
Exposure to business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits.
Strong experience of system implementation in banking environments.
Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business sponsors.
Experience of managing resources and can motivate and lead people
Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
Excellent analytic, decision making and problem-solving ability.
Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners.
