Responsibilities:

• Account Management of Social Media accounts for clients, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.
• Generate, edit, and publish content (good copywriting is a must) that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the client's brand.
• Brainstorming and content ideation alongside brand managers, writing clear and effective briefs and being socially savvy to know the latest trends on various social media.
• Design and basic video editing to make multimedia social media post and advertising. (Please kindly let us know your design capabilities, which is rather important. Video editing skill is a plus.)
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that help brands enter global market. (Our professional team will guide you on learning marketing knowhows)
• Influencer Outreach & Management
• Identifying suitable content creators/influencers, researching best practices from other brands that have launched similar campaigns.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Language, Literature, Art and Visual Editing or similar field
• Minimum one year experience in social media marketing or as a Social Media Specialist or as copywriter
• Excellent copywriting, design and editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills, Creative in nature; generating ideas, concepts and solutions
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Interest in Marketing
• Bilingual is a plus (Chinese & English), written and visual communication
• Be truly collaborative, able to work with managers & creatives, brainstorming and sharing ideas (physical or with remote teams) you should be able to work independently should the project require
• Great people skills, thrives and innovates under challenging deadlines
• Previous agency experience is a plus

About Working Location:

This job offers working visa if you would like to migrate to Shenzhen to work someday. (this is optional as we also accept WFH model).

1、有能力运营品牌的社交媒体平台账号,包含但不限于:微信,抖音,小红书,知乎等平台;

2、拥有1年或以上的广告公司从业经验,熟悉服务甲方品牌流程;也欢迎拥有较强的写作和设计能力的大学毕业生。

3、负责品牌新媒体平台的创意文案撰写、脚本撰写、图片和视频的拍摄及剪辑;

4、具备良好的平台数据分析能力和策划能力;


任职要求:
1、有创意、有工作激情,有团队合作精神、责任感强;

2、(核心要求)能够【策划和撰写】适合各类新媒体平台的文案内容;我们想找一个中文非常好的同事。

3、(核心要求)能够【拍摄和剪辑】适合新媒体的视频,照片,图片,并进行相关编辑处理;

4、掌握新媒体平台运营体系,熟悉各种主流新媒体推广方法,以及各类平台辅助工具;

5、有品牌账号运营优秀案例者、文案撰写成功案例者及有视频拍摄和剪辑经验者优先;

RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
